5 January 2014 /

NDC members praised all efforts made by the group's members in order to reach decisions, specifics, and legal and constitutional essentials aiming to establish a new Yemen based on justice and equality. They said that the report is one of the most important reports and would contribute to making real change that meets Yemen's aspirations.

They stressed the importance of taking into account the commitment of implementing standards of transitional justice in dealing with various issues.

They considered President Hadi's apology to the Khawlan tribes for what happened to their sheikhs in the Baihan incident in 1972 to be a positive step that represents an ideal model for tolerance and reconciliation.

Meanwhile, youth components demanded the NDC third plenary session to consider February 11 to be a national holiday.
